These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sean’s NY Tours website and your booking of any tour or service with us. Please read them together with our Cancellations & Refunds and Privacy Policy pages.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking a tour with Sean’s NY Tours, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when we send a written confirmation (usually by email) and, where applicable, receive your deposit. Availability requests submitted through our website are not confirmed bookings until you receive that confirmation. Please check your confirmation carefully and tell us immediately if anything is incorrect.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 48 hours before departure. Prices for confirmed bookings will not change. Promotional pricing, including the new-customer first-tour offer, is subject to the terms on our pricing page.

What Is Included

Each tour lists what is included. Anything not listed (such as meals, gratuities, optional add-ons, or attraction tickets on custom tours) is not included and is payable separately. Observation-deck and ferry tickets are subject to the operating hours and policies of those attractions.

Changes by Us

We may alter a route or the order of stops due to weather, traffic, closures, security measures, or attraction availability. Where a listed inclusion becomes unavailable, we will offer a comparable substitute or a partial refund for that item. If we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund or a new date at your choice.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for arriving at the meeting point on time, following the guide’s safety instructions, and behaving considerately toward other guests and members of the public. We may decline to continue a tour for a guest whose behavior endangers or seriously disrupts others, without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Sean’s NY Tours is not liable for delays, losses or costs caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, transit disruptions, attraction closures, or the acts of third parties. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes will be handled in the courts located in New York County, New York.
