New customers receive 50% off the standard price of their first tour booked with Sean’s NY Tours. It applies to the base tour price; meals, add-ons and gratuities are excluded. Full terms are on our pricing page.

Use the form on our contact page or call us. We confirm availability and send a booking confirmation by email with the meeting point, time and what to bring.

Scheduled small-group tours meet in Midtown Manhattan near Grand Central; the exact spot is in your confirmation. Tours end at a central location or a subway stop your guide will point out. Private tours include hotel pickup and drop-off in Manhattan.

When a tour lists a ticket as included (Liberty & Ellis ferry, observation deck), it’s reserved for you and part of the price. Anything not listed — meals, museum entries on custom tours — is paid separately, and we’ll tell you in advance.

The Highlights and Night tours use a vehicle between stops with short walks at each. The Brooklyn Bridge walk covers about 2 miles at an easy pace. The Liberty & Downtown day involves moderate walking. Tell us about mobility needs and we’ll adjust or recommend a private tour.

Yes. Families are welcome on all tours. Kids 4 and under join walking tours free; children 5–12 pay 70% of the adult price. Strollers are fine on most routes; let us know so the guide can plan.

Tours run rain or shine; New York is a great city in the rain and we adapt the route. In severe weather (storms, ferry suspensions) we’ll offer a new date or a full refund.

Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. Date changes are free subject to availability. Details are on our Cancellations & Refunds page.

Scheduled tours are in English. Private tours in other languages can be arranged with advance notice, subject to guide availability.

Yes. A dedicated guide and private vehicle for your party only, with a custom itinerary. See Private & Custom Tours.

A deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due 48 hours before departure. We accept major cards and bank transfer. Prices include taxes; gratuities are optional.

Yes. We build custom programs for groups of 15 to 55 with dedicated coaches and multiple guides. See Group & School Programs or contact us for a quote.
